I was a teacher of English, history, and art for 16 years, during which time I also published 37 books for children.  I changed careers at age 50 when I decided I wanted to help people who deal with emotional and psychological challenges.  These challenges include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, childhood and current trauma, sexual abuse, adoption, and addiction.  I am certified in Brainspotting and I also have specialized training in art therapy, EMDR, and forensic psychology.
