NO Medicare, NO Kaiser, NO United

Acceptable Payments:

Cash or credit cards - $180 per session (plus GE tax and fees)

Discount Rates:

5 sessions for $800 (plus tax and fees, payable at first visit)

10 sessions for $1500 (plus tax and fees, payable at first visit)

There is a $100 charge for missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notice.

I am accepting new clients at this time for counseling and/or neurofeedback.
